A soldier has been shot dead in Venezuela during violent clashes between security forces and protesters in the capital Caracas.
It brings the total number of deaths to 18 since demonstrations began three weeks ago.
Venezuelans have been complaining about high levels of crime, record inflation and shortages of staple items.
